The Town of Union board on Jan. 15 adopted a resolution declaring the property at 874 Riverside Drive "unsafe and dangerous" and set a compliance hearing for Feb. 26, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. The resolution was presented by Mister Nurchi, citing a report prepared by Brian Lucas, the town's code enforcement officer.
