Council updates enforcement and demolition statuses for multiple properties

Council reviewed a series of enforcement notices and the status of multiple properties on Jan. 21. The minutes list the current status of each property: 204 Sherman St. is in the process of being sold via bid; 103 May St. and 142 Elm St. (Old Curiosity Shop) are in demolition; 106 S. Elm St. has demolition permits in process and a contractor preparing the lot; 624 Elm St. owner was emailed with no response; 424 Elm St. repairs are in process; 108 South Elm St. received a violation notice on Nov. 29, 2024 and was given 90 days to complete repairs.
