On May 8 the Town Board introduced Local Law #3 of 2025, described in the minutes as "Extending the Moratorium imposed by Local Law No.23 of the year 2024 on Commercial Solar Uses in the town of Perth" (Resolution #66). The resolution authorizing introduction was offered by Councilman Lewandowski and seconded by Councilman Priamo, and the motion carried with the members present voting in favor.
