Donnie Spradlin, Oak Ridge Code Enforcement, reported that a grass notice had been mailed to the address 8138. He also told the council he had spoken with new-construction contractors on Water Oak and confirmed they are in compliance. Spradlin added that he had picked up 27 advertisement signs over the previous two weeks.
