Oak Ridge code officer cites multiple violations, opens formal action for junked vehicles on Oak Ridge Drive

Donnie Spradlin, the city's code enforcement officer, listed multiple compliance issues during the July 14 meeting. Spradlin said OpenInfra blocked a drainage pipe during digging at Water Oak; a residence on Oak Ridge Drive with multiple junk cars will be referred for formal violation proceedings; wood remains piled next to the road in Savannah; and a residence identified as on '34' had concrete installed without inspection and faces a $35.00 fine.
