During public comment, resident Mike Morrow of 204 17th Street Extension raised a dispute over the Borough's request to remove a tree located in the 8th Avenue roadway. Minutes state the Borough had informed Mr. Morrow it "have[s] the right to take down the tree and lien his property," which he said he would prefer to avoid because he cannot afford the removal; the Council said it would make a decision and inform him.
