At the close of the Aug. 19 meeting, the Select Board agreed on a set of concrete next steps before any design vote. Members asked staff to compile parking-occupancy counts, identify easement-affected parcels and produce a prioritized list of specific design conditions to be resolved in the 25% design phase. Staff agreed to consult with MassDOT about TIP eligibility and the town's options for nonparticipating items such as underground conduits.
