Property owners and building representatives asked the Select Board to formalize an occupancy permit that would allow dumpsters, roll‑carts and an exterior grease trap to be kept in a designated space on Adams Street. Applicants said the arrangement was developed with town staff after repaving removed prior sidewalk locations and argued interior consolidation or retrofitting is not feasible for historic buildings.
