Joe, the IT director, briefed council on this year's technology work and requested two additional network specialists to keep up with projects and support centralization of purchasing and inventory controls. He highlighted completed items including phase 1 of Office 365 migration, a utilities mobile app, and a new 3-1-1 switch (Granicus OneView) that will include a mobile app and online portal for non-emergency service requests.
