At the recommendation of administration, Nancy Ortiz-Rodriguez moved to approve TASB Update 126 while excluding the GF(LOCAL) revision. Ortiz-Rodriguez cited the board's prior approval of Update 123 on Sept. 9, 2024 and a District of Innovation revision on grievances (Oct. 14, 2025) as the reason the GF(LOCAL) language should be excluded from Update 126. Raquel Esquivel seconded the motion.
