Assistant Director of Engineering Randy Skinner briefed the Council on a proposed Transportation Network Partnership Microtransit Pilot that evaluated three delivery models: Open Access, Qualified Access, and a Turnkey Service Model. Council authorized staff to negotiate an agreement with TRIPPP Consulting, LLC to administer the pilot.
