Mrs. McCarty never complains and is always ready to work! Her ability to build relationships is unfathomable. Students gravitate to her because of the way that she treats and educates them. However, her service nature doesn’t stop there! We have multiple young English teachers and Mrs. McCarty has become an invaluable mentor to them all. She doesn’t force herself on anyone, but she makes it known that she is available to assist them with any task. If she sees a struggling teacher, she is sure to offer them words of encouragement, followed by a possible solution. She prides herself on her work and she takes it personally each year when she receives a new group of students. The hard work of Mrs. McCarty is a great example of why Marshall Junior High is so special. Thank you Mrs. McCarty for all that you have done, are doing, and will do in the future.”
