Chairperson Jennifer Grossman opened the public hearing on the Livingston Legacy Holdings LLC "Keiser Re-Development Project" and summarized the proposal. Attorney John Furst reviewed the scope, saying the application has been refined across prior planning board meetings to meet town requirements on traffic flow, parking and lighting.
