The Sealy City Council voted to ratify the city's Master Utility Plan during its Dec. 16 meeting, approving Councilman Bradley Miller’s motion and Councilwoman Theadra Curry’s second. The ratification follows a presentation earlier in the meeting by staff (Strand Associates) that listed active and planned projects.
