Board President Angela Ludwig moved that the board enter executive session at 8:45 a.m. to discuss "litigation strategies" related to a controversy in which the district may initiate a lawsuit; Robert McCloskey seconded and the motion carried. The board returned to open session at 8:55 a.m., and Ludwig moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:55 a.m.; McCloskey seconded and the motion passed.
