Sandy Moore, the district's business manager and director of health and safety, told trustees the Adnet upgrade timeline had been condensed and the upgrades were necessary to keep security appliances current in light of recent global cyberattacks. The minutes list two vendor quotes: "Meraki - $39,900.00" and "Ruckus - $23,400.00," and record that the board agreed to proceed with Ruckus.
