Staff requested and the commission authorized a feasibility study with Friese and Nichols, Inc. to evaluate alternatives for a problematic bridge location that has caused periodic neighborhood flooding. The study will analyze options including replacing the bridge as‑is, installing box culverts, or pursuing alternate routing/no‑build options.
