Council hears audit timeline; FundView posting to improve transparency
Council heard that auditors are finalizing reconciliations and that FundView outputs and posted bank statements will improve public access; auditors said a full audit presentation is likely by Oct. 22, with Oct. 8 possible but 'pushing it.'

Council discussed the outstanding audit and finance reporting. Staff said bank-reconciliation issues are being addressed and that once reconciliations are complete the city will be able to publish FundView outputs, bank statements and quarterly finance reports directly online.
