Assistant Superintendent John Portwood presented three academic items to the board: the Professional Development Plan for 2025–26, an ESL Summer School plan, and the Certification of Provision of Instructional Materials for 2025–26 for submission to the Texas Education Agency (TEA). Trustees approved each item by unanimous vote.
