The Board of Supervisors approved two 10‑year cable franchise agreements during the Aug. 21 meeting. "Motion made by Ted to accept a 10-year franchise agreement. Seconded by Jill. All in favor. Motion passed unanimously," the minutes state for Blue Rudge Cable Technologies, Inc. For Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC, "Motion made by Rich to accept a 10-year franchise agreement. Seconded by Jill. All in favor. Motion passed unanimously."
