Manager: Pennvest waterline work progressing; pressure testing done on key streets
Manager David Kramer reported pressure testing is complete on Bechtel, Speyer and Front streets; most service-line work is on the hill and staging will move downtown once uptown work finishes. Bechtel service lines are not yet complete.

During his Jan. 27 report, Manager David L. Kramer Jr. updated council on the Pennvest-funded waterline work on Bechtel, Speyer and Front streets. He said "pressure testing remains completed on these streets," and that most service-line work is being done in the hill area.
