Supervisors say ruling on Shepherd's Run issue statement expected Feb. 18 after large filings

Supervisors thanked residents who attended public comment hearings on the Shepherd's Run project and said many spoke in favor of home rule and opposed the proposed development. A supervisor described recent filings in the administrative proceeding: 'an issue statement that was submitted ... 77 pages worth and a 24 page affirmation raising issues that we think need to be adjudicated,' and said those filings are intended to seek party status for the town, a step seldom granted.
