Audit summary: I reviewed the draft articles against the meeting transcript and the editorial checklist. Items checked included correct speaker attribution (only names explicitly in the transcript), numeric precision (dollar figures and employee counts are presented as stated or noted 'not specified' where the transcript lacked specifics), and chronology (agenda items reported in order with executive session and adjournment noted). No misattributions to unnamed individuals were made; speaker labels use the exact names or functional titles present in the transcript.
