Chichester CIP committee prioritizes centralized document storage after access problems

Committee members agreed that centralized, transferable cloud-based storage is needed after a reported inability to access a shared email address and past losses of committee documents; they assigned immediate tasks to locate files and establish digital storage.

At its June 15 meeting, the Town of Chichester Capital Improvement Program Committee identified persistent document-access issues and moved to prioritize centralized cloud-based storage to preserve institutional memory as membership changes. Jeremy Letendre, the committee’s ex officio member, said he had been unable to access a shared committee email address “due to administrative approval issues.”
