During the Jan. 27 meeting, Councilman Ellis, as liaison to the Roads Board, proposed adding Mike Oltman and Larry Johnson to the board; he told the council Oltman has "extensive road experience with Bureau of Land Management roads" and said Johnson has a background in runoff and water usage. The mayor indicated those nominations will be placed on the February agenda for formal consideration.
