Miss Lofton briefed the council on results of an RFI for electric and gas aggregation. She said two respondents replied: NOPEC and SOPEC. According to the staff summary, NOPEC provided potential rate information and options (standard, 12-month and 24-month terms) while SOPEC did not include rates in its response.
