The City Council approved a variance request for property at 509 Sylvester Street after Code Enforcement Officer Jeremy Chesnutt explained there was "no obstruction of any right of way to any utilities" and recommended approval. Council Member Ronald Sample made the motion to approve; Council Member Lequin Hilderbrand seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
