The Silver Creek Township Planning and Zoning Commission approved a rezoning request submitted by Robin Brisse. Member Jesse Dickenson moved to approve the request as written, with an explicit condition requiring three separate parcel identification numbers (PIDs); member Ryan Nelson seconded the motion. Mark Egge abstained from the vote because he lives on the lake. The motion carried 7‑0.
