Council approves IRL Parkview amendment adding units and parking
The council approved an Amended PUD and preliminary plat for IRL Parkview to downsize Building #4, add 4 units overall and a 27‑stall parking lot to balance unit increases built earlier in Buildings #2 and #3; staff presented renderings and answered council questions about parking and roof styles.

Community Development Director Dave Johnson told the council the IRL Parkview site was originally approved in 2019 for six lots and buildings; subsequent construction increased units in Buildings #2 and #3 above the original plan. The Amended PUD reduces the planned footprint for Building #4, adds four units compared with the 2019 plan, and inserts a 27‑stall parking lot east of Building #4 to balance parking demand. Johnson showed renderings and said Buildings #1 and #4 will feature angled roofs while Buildings #2 and #3 will be flat to add variety.
