Procurement staff reported nine responsive bidders for the Westside project and recommended awarding the contract to J and R Contracting Service, Inc. "We are recommending that the court award a contract to them for the total 8 bid plus the owner's options o 1 and o 2 for a total amount of $1,387,399," the procurement presenter said.
