Planning Board liaison Councilman Kevin Smith reported a proposal from Steve Poley of the Frost Valley YMCA for a staff RV parking area and an application for a Denning Double bike/hike race planned for 2026. The Planning Board noted the size of the gathering and parking would be an issue and requested additional information; Neversink — whose territory is also on the route — should be advised and involved in planning.
