The Village Board approved a set of infrastructure contracts at its Jan. 5 meeting. The Board voted to award four related contracts under Contract #2025-07 (A–D) for the Water Filtration Plant chemical room and Memorial Pool upgrades: #2025-7-A to Foremost Development for $587,900.00; #2025-7-B to Foremost Electrical Corp for $191,000.00; #2025-7-C to Foremost Development for $329,000.00; and #2025-7-D to Foremost Development for $88,000.00. The motion was made by Mayor J. Michael Cindrich and seconded by Deputy Mayor Karen B. Schleimer; the minutes show the motion adopted with all trustees recorded as voting Aye.
