Council amends zoning map to fold DR8 parcels into TR10 district

The council voted unanimously to adopt an ordinance changing all parcels formerly zoned DR8 to the TR10 zoning district on the City of Monroe zoning map. The Planning Commission had held a public hearing on Dec. 10, 2025, and recommended the reclassification.
