A University of California official testified that UC remains committed to transfer enrollment and has added systemwide transfer pathways and a public dashboard to track progress. "Last year, 77 percent of community college applicants were admitted," UC's Hanmi Yoon Woo said, and the system is near pre‑pandemic highs for new community‑college enrollees.
