At the Jan. 27 meeting the board approved two prepayments tied to purchases previously authorized by the board. Councilman Randy Deck moved to authorize Tracy and Renee to submit a prepayment of $28,870.35 to Bob Johnson for a new code enforcement vehicle; Councilman David Helling seconded and the motion passed with an "All in Favor" vote.
