Planning staff presented a commercial site plan for the Springtown Lehi property, an L‑shaped industrial parcel north of FM 51. The applicant had earlier sought two variances (sanitary sewer hookup and paving), but withdrew the variance requests and submitted a full civil site plan that staff said was in compliance with subdivision and zoning ordinances. Staff reported TxDOT permitting was well advanced.
