An internal audit reviewed the draft articles for spelling, clarity, chronology, framing, misidentification, and omission. All quotes were checked against the transcript and speaker attributions were constrained to the meeting speaker list. No instances of misidentifying speakers with names not present in the transcript were found. Quantitative figures (TAN amount, Ending Fund Balance, survey respondent count) were retained as stated in the record.
