The Community ISD Board of Trustees voted unanimously Dec. 15 to authorize pursuit of action against a certified educator for resigning contract terms without good cause pursuant to Policy DFE(LEGAL) and Texas Education Code §21.105(c). The motion to approve pursuit was made by Sean Walker and seconded by Jeff Cox and passed 7-0.
