The Dilley ISD Board of Trustees convened an executive session at 8:01 p.m. July 28 under Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (consultation with attorney), 551.074 (personnel), and 551.129 (security matters as applicable) for three listed purposes: the superintendent's performance evaluation, discussion of the superintendent's contract, and to obtain legal advice regarding the Dilley November 2013 Bond Program (projects including construction of a new high school, new bus facility, renovations and additions to existing schools).
