Trustees approved the Certification of Provision of the Instructional Materials Survey for 2025–2026 and heard that the district’s Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) application is ready for submission by the April 15 deadline; Superintendent McDaniel will travel to Austin April 2–3 to advocate for school funding.

The Board approved the Certification of Provision of the Instructional Materials Survey for the 2025–2026 school year, a required step before expending state funds on instructional materials. The motion, made by Donna Hunt and seconded by Angie Farris, passed 7–0. The certification must be submitted to the Texas Education Agency prior to using state instructional funds.
