The Ruidoso Municipal School District Board of Education voted unanimously Nov. 11 to approve the Clear Energy Solar Project after the item was pulled from the consent agenda for separate action. Vice President Luther Light moved to approve the project; Member Elizabeth Potter seconded and "All members - - aye. Motion carried."
