Planner flags proposed code changes on plan documentation, public notice and permit expirations

Town Planner Jack Seward told the commission he will bring proposed municipal-code amendments back to a future meeting for discussion. The amendments would address three topics identified by staff: documentation of changes to submitted plans, land-use public-notice procedures, and expiration rules for building permits.
