Smith County Commissioners held a special session on July 23, 2025, called to review the Purchase Agreement, Developer Agreement and Real Estate Lease for the Old Hospital Site. The session opened at 8:57 a.m. and adjourned at 9:19 a.m.; Commissioners Jim Gwennap (chair), Kurt Ifland and Brady Peterson were present along with County Clerk Ashley Maxwell.
