The Smith County Commissioners unanimously approved a Developer Agreement for the Old Hospital Site during a special session on July 23, 2025. Commissioner Jim Gwennap called the meeting to order at 8:57 a.m.; Commissioner Kurt Ifland moved to approve and sign the Developer Agreement and Commissioner Brady Peterson seconded. The motion "carried unanimously."
