Commissioners report road maintenance progress, hire two part‑time mowers
During the Aug. 17 meeting commissioners described district maintenance plans: grading, mowing, hauling rock and shale schedules; Stinson said two part‑time mowers will start the same day to help catch up on mowing duties.

Board members gave concise reports on road and right‑of‑way work in their districts. Vice‑Chair Keith McClure (D1) described normal maintenance activity — grading, mowing and hauling material. Commissioner Craig Fredrick (D2) said crews were catching up on mowing and alternating grading and hauling rock two days and shale two days per week.
