The Comanche County Excise Board opened its Aug. 10, 2026 meeting in Room 303 of the Comanche County Courthouse in Lawton. J.P. Richard called the meeting to order and County Clerk Carrie Tubbs called the roll. Present were J.P. Richard and Dustin Glover; Dino Pennello was absent.
