Supervisors said they want to retain two administrative staff, Sally and Megan, by making them county employees and giving them defined administrative duties to free the director for strategic work. The Chair described the proposal as a retention measure: "I want to start setting aside reoccurring revenue to address the personnel side of things" and proposed moving the two to county employment beginning July 1 during the transition process.
