The commission took several enforcement steps at its July 10 meeting after staff reported multiple instances of construction without permits. Members voted to issue formal notice to the homeowner at 3007 Loma Portal Way after staff found a patio, firepit and stone revetment placed in a manner that could push lot coverage above the 35% limit; the notice will warn that daily fines will begin if the homeowner does not correct the situation within two weeks.
