The Screven County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously on July 14, 2026 to approve a TSPLOST intergovernmental agreement (IGA) between the county and all municipalities. Commissioner Mike Dixon made the motion and Commissioner Edwin Lovett seconded; the motion "carried by unanimous vote."
