During committee reports on June 2, Fillmore County commissioners discussed several facilities items: aging boilers at the Fillmore County Office Building (FCOB) with replacement quotes from WHV, an electrical upgrade needed at the Preston Highway shop/Solid Waste facility (with the City of Preston to complete work and the county responsible for a share), and planned sidewalk and parking-lot work at the courthouse and blacktop around the jail, highway and FCOB.
